All sales are final. We accept returns for replacement, for items damaged in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email us within 7 business days of receiving your shipment at email@example.com. Please include a description of the damage and a photo (if possible). Upon receiving the returned damaged item, we will ship a replacement.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GetBranded.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, GetBranded.com will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
